Don't think that's a recoloring; some of the proportions are slightly different. Look at the crotches, only one actually HAS one. The faces on the sides are repositioned, and the pose are slightly different.
Yep, you're absolutely right. More than just a recoloring, this is a recreation/remake made by the colorist/artist.In my defense I say that it was one of my fisrt posts ;)
